We are here for all the amazing memoirs and nonfiction works available right now, we couldn’t help but highlight “Born a Crime: Stories from a South African Childhood” by Trevor Noah (One World, 2015.) April is National Poetry Month, and we wanted to celebrate by highlighting some of the amazing poetry NLC has in its collection. Like this week’s #BookFaceFriday, “Might Kindred” (University of Nebraska Press, 2022) is a winner of the Raz/Shumaker Prairie Schooner Book Prize in Poetry.
