Driving over the river and through the woods to Grandmother’s house is the perfect time to listen to an audiobook like “The Last Holiday Concert” by Andrew Clements (Penguin Random House Audio Publishing Group, 2004). This title is available as an audiobook in Nebraska OverDrive Libraries, along with many of Clements’ other children’s favorites. We also have a few of his titles in our book club kit collection, if your younger readers want to read them as a group.
