Empire State College (NY) has been using the ProQuest ebrary system for e-book patron-driven acquisition since September 2013. This presentation will discuss the PDA model as a whole, in the context of our experiences with ebrary’s system. This will include an analysis of impacts on budget, ILL, collection development, usage, and how this model (and our implementation of it) has evolved over our time.
