Jessamyn West discusses the Vermont Library Association’s statewide
Passport to Vermont Libraries program now in its second year. The program is a statewide “visit all the libraries you can, because it’s fun!” project. With minimal cash outlay and use of many free tools we’ve been able to manage and run a program that helps many small libraries and their patrons be a part of something larger and share in the wonderful library system in the state of Vermont.
