Virtual Reference at the Nebraska Library Commission

The following video was prepared for a MLS reference class to be presented alongside Karen Hein’s (UNO) and Robin Bernstein’s (Bellevue University) applications of virtual reference. The Nebraska Library Commission has been offering chat reference since December of 2006.
