Big Talk From Small Libraries is accepting proposals for presentations through this Friday, January 11
You’ve heard about Big Talk—that online conference for and by the people who run small libraries. Why would you submit a proposal to make a presentation? Because small libraries are full of big ideas—and because sharing what you’ve accomplished is not only a chance to strut your stuff, but to inspire others and be inspired as well.
Be proud of what you’re doing, and tell folks about it.
Big Talk From Small Libraries 2013 will be held on Thursday, February 28, 2013 between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. (CT) via the GoToWebinar online meeting service. Speakers will be able to present their programs from their own desktops.
To send in a proposal, just fill out the simple form (all it asks for is contact info and a short explanation of what you’d like to talk about) at http://nlcblogs.nebraska.gov/bigtalk/call-for-speakers/.
Hope to see you there,
Michael, Christa, and Laura
