Pew Internet Survey of Twitter Use

The Pew Research Center has found that as of February 2012, 15% of adult internet users are also Twitter users. For African-Americans who are online,  28% use Twitter.  And Twenty-six percent of internet users ages 18-29 (Millennials) use Twitter, which is almost double the rate for the 30-49 age group.
