The Free Management Library provides easy-to-access, clutter-free, comprehensive resources regarding the leadership and management of yourself, other individuals, groups and organizations. Content is relevant to the vast majority of people, whether they are in large or small for-profit or nonprofit organizations. Over the past 15 years, the Library has grown to be one of the world’s largest well-organized collections of these types of resources. There are approximately 650 topics in the Library, spanning 5,000 links. Topics include the most important practices to start, develop, operate, evaluate and resolve problems in for-profit and nonprofit organizations. Each topic has additionally recommended books and related Library topics. Topics I have found most helpful are Fundraising for Nonprofits, Strategic Planning, Capacity Building, and Customer Satisfaction. With such a wealth of knowledge, the Library itself could seem overwhelming, but it’s easy to pick one topic and find just what you’re looking for using the Find a Topic search.
